The Capstone Project Electronic Portfolio (CPEP) is a web‐based project and information center. It contains material produced for a year‐long Senior Thesis class. Its purpose, in addition to providing central storage of individual assignments, is to foster communication and collaboration between student, faculty consultant, course instructors, and industry consultants. This website is dedicated to the research and analysis conducted via guidelines provided by the Department of Architectural Engineering. California Tower is a residential mixed use development that consists of 56 stories tower and 9 stories podium with 3 levels of below grade parking structure. The project residential program includes 116 for sale condominiums, 280 market rate rental units, and 150 rent restricted units serving household earning up to 50% area median income (AMI) as published by the mayor's office of housing and community development (MOHCD).
